ABOUT
My Story

Data speaks. People hesitate. I do both — and somehow make it look effortless.

I'm the kind of person who walks into a room full of numbers, silence, and confused faces, and leaves with a decision, a plan, and a much better process.

You see, numbers talk, but most people don't listen. I speak both fluently — translating everything that gets lost in the space between raw data and human behavior.

I'm still building, still collecting, and still very much the most interesting variable in any dataset I've ever been part of. Because somewhere in that quiet space where data meets people, where strategy finally moves a room — that is exactly where I choose to live.

Felt like something was missing in your last strategy meeting? That empty energy in the room was probably a me-shaped gap.

But I don't just bring solutions — I bring the culture.

Scroll down and you'll find the other side of that gap — the one that makes team lunches louder, office corridors funnier, and group chats dangerously entertaining.

Don't say you weren't warned. Let's build something together — the Contact section is right there waiting. 😉

There's more to my story, for those who are curious.

(no rush — pick whatever you're curious about, at your own pace)

Dec 2024 – Nov 2025  ·  Vevey, Switzerland
  • Built the entire HR function of a real student enterprise from absolute zero — no template, no handbook, no shortcuts. Just work.
  • Cold-contacted companies across Vevey from a prospect list I personally researched and built — walked in as a stranger, walked out with clients.
  • Designed every employee contract from scratch. Onboarded 40+ members. Tracked every person's role, progress and position — because organisations don't run on good intentions, they run on systems.
  • Co-architected the full organisational structure alongside the Head of HR — how work flows, how people are managed, how documentation lives.
  • Delivered campus events that became core memories — Halloween socials, icebreakers, fresher recruitment drives, Cultural Exchange events that actually brought people together.
  • Brought EPFL-connected entrepreneurs onto campus — ~2 networking workshops per month where startup founders spoke directly to bachelor students hungry for direction.
  • This wasn't a support role. This was building something real, inside a real enterprise, inside one of Europe's most respected university networks.

Human Resources Intern

  • 300 to 400 applications arrived. 150 seats existed. The solution wasn't panic — it was a spreadsheet, a filter, a dashboard, and one very focused week.
  • Dumped every Google Form response into Sheets, built structured filters, moved meaningful data into Power BI for visualisation and Tableau for KPI reporting. Every candidate shortlisted in seven days.
  • Introduced tracking frameworks that didn't exist before I joined — not because anyone asked, but because the gap was obvious and gaps are just problems waiting for someone paying attention.
  • Managed full end-to-end recruitment — screening, shortlisting, scheduling, communications — then stayed on to track the performance of every person I helped bring in.
  • Post-hire KPI tracking showed measurable improvement after my involvement. Supervisor-assessed. Documented. Not a feeling — a fact.
  • Turns out HR and data analytics are not two separate things. They never were.

Data Analyst Intern
Oct 2023 – Mar 2024  ·  Hyderabad, India
  • Real companies. Real datasets. No simulations, no sample data, no safety net — just live numbers from organisations that needed answers.
  • Worked on employee datasets of 20,000–50,000 rows — project managers submitting time-log data, efficiency records, delivery metrics. A people management lens — performance lives at the intersection of both.
  • Delivered with 98% efficiency on a high-stakes client project. That number was not a target — it was the outcome of a team that planned properly and executed precisely.
  • Built approximately 80% of all dashboards and 75% of all reports — every deliverable client-facing, designed to be acted on immediately, not filed away.
  • Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook, Anaconda Navigator. The right tool for the right question — always.
  • What this internship built was the ability to read an organisation through its data — to see where people slow down, where decisions leave marks in the numbers.

Project Management Intern — Team Head
Aug – Sep 2023  ·  Remote · India / US / Europe
  • First internship. Ever. Appointed Team Head on day one. Thirty-five people reporting in from India, the United States and Europe. Most people ease into leadership. This was not that.
  • The dataset arrived. The brief: analyse employee efficiency, engagement patterns and workflow performance — deliver within one month. Simple enough, until you factor in three time zones and thirty-five opinions.
  • Distributed work in phases — data cleaning first, then analysis, then visualisation. Collected inputs from every team member and the manager. Made the calls. Kept the timeline moving.
  • Worked late nights to cover US and European time zones without letting the seams show. The team never felt the distance. That was the point — and it worked.
  • Our team stood out from every other team in the programme — by distinction, across execution, coordination and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Selected through competitive application via direct invitation from Saint Louis University. First opportunity. Full responsibility. Zero hesitation.

Effective Detection and Classification of Brain Tumor Using Discrete Wavelet Transform

CNN DWT MRI imaging Deep learning
99.3%
accuracy
Abstract

A new computer-aided design (CAD) technique for classifying brain tumours in MRI data. The proposed approach collects characteristics from brain MRI images by exploiting the Discrete Wavelet Transform's significant energy compactness property (DWT). The Wavelet characteristics are combined with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to categorise input MRI images. The proposed strategy exceeds other commonly used methods with an overall accuracy of 99.3%.

Key results

Overall accuracy: 99.3% · Sensitivity: 97.4–98.2% · Specificity: 95.5–96.1% · Dataset: Figshare (Cheng) — 233 patients, 3 tumour types

I paint. I sketch. I create.

When life gets heavy, I pick up a brush. Mandalas, keychains, clay flowers, colour pencil work — each piece made purely for myself. Click to pause and look.

Music is how I think.
Deadline pressure? Music on. Overthinking at 2am? Music on. It keeps me grounded while doing serious work.
I cook. I eat. No apologies.
Food is joy. I cook it, I eat it, and I love every second of both.
Badminton. Occasionally.
Only when friends drag me. But I show up — and honestly, I enjoy it more than I let on.
Ambivert.
The plot twist

You'd look at everything I do and build a picture in your head — someone always-on, loud, radiating energy in every room. And then you meet me. Thoughtful. Observant. Warm. Genuinely happy in my own quiet company. I can command a room and go home, put on music, and sketch mandalas in silence. Both are equally, completely me.
